The mission of Cornerstone Christian School is to partner with families and foster a creative, caring community where all children can reach their full potential academically and as disciples of Jesus Christ to the glory of God.

Our Curriculum

Our curriculum is a unique blend of a traditional education structure and a best practices model for evaluating new material. Some of its unique features are:

  • Music at every grade level, including the opportunity for students to learn piano during school hours
  • A focus on phonics for younger students blended with appropriate sight-word practice
  • Family-friendly literature in all grades
  • An emphasis on the faith connection for each subject area
  • A focus on English grammar with Middle School students
  • Small classrooms that allow teachers to provide individualized attention to each student
  • Games, challenges, and lessons that motivate students to learn and have fun
  • Character based education that is centered in the Bible, and challenges students to learn to live in our communities as ministers of God’s grace
